About Us
Chris and Kati opened Burgers and Q in 2018 after moving down to Roseburg to be closer to family. Kati is a Winston/Roseburg local and Chris is a native Oregonian with a love for good burgers! They started with a little food trailer, fresh ground burger, smoked meat, and homemade potato salad and have grown and added items to the menu in the past three years. With the support of family and a great community, Burgers and Q has become a local staple for many customers turned friends. Chris loves the flexibility that the food truck offers, the friendships he has made with the local breweries, and the way he can shop for the best quality products to serve at the truck. Cheers!
